Full Spectrum Net Promoter Score
Hi, my name is Jonathan Calver from StrategyMix and in this video, I’m going to talk about the Net Promoter Score for our partner-centric, StrategyMix Full Spectrum Marketing program.
The full spectrum marketing program has been developed by StrategyMix over several years. It has a Net Promoter Score of 100.
How a Net Promoter Score Works
If you’re not familiar with a Net Promoter Score then this is how it works.
You ask each of your clients a question like this one: On a scale of 1 to 10, how likely would you be to recommend the StrategyMix Full Spectrum Program to a colleague, assuming they were not a competitor?
Those who give you 9 or 10 are promoters.
Those who give you 7 or 8 are neutral.
Those who give you 1 to 6 are detractors.
You then subtract the percentage of detractors from 100% to get your Net Promotor Score.
We got a score of 100, which is the top score. I’m pretty proud of that.
I hope you find this video was useful.
